Information used by the service
An invitation request contains your email and the use case you provide. Social sign-in provides account identity information such as a name, email and provider identifier. A workspace stores websites, content, images, selected publishing destinations, plans and operational records.
Connected services
When enabled, Google and GitHub handle social sign-in. Generation sends the necessary prompts/content to the configured AI providers, currently Google Gemini and fal. WordPress receives articles and media you choose to send. The planned Pinterest connection uses OAuth and the account data needed for your selected publishing actions.
Control and access
ContentPin Studio is operated by jazfox brook. Cloudflare hosts the application, account database, workspace records and private image storage. Integration credentials are encrypted on the server and excluded from content exports. Google and GitHub credentials are used for sign-in, not to read your unrelated files or repositories. Do not put secrets in article prompts or support messages.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and workspace data while you use the service and as needed to handle support, security and operational records. You may request a copy, correction or deletion through support using your account email. We verify ownership before acting. Deleted records may remain temporarily in restricted Cloudflare recovery snapshots until they expire; we do not promise immediate removal from backups. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The service uses necessary session and security cookies for sign-in and invitation handling. This service does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
