Articles do not use Pin credits
One new article uses one article allowance, including up to 15 section images. An eight-item article gets eight corresponding images. Topic suggestions use the separate monthly topic allowance.
The standard plan includes one replacement per article image. Repeated full-article generation uses another article allowance. Higher-cost models and unlimited regenerations are not included.
What uses one Pin credit?
The planned AI Pin workflow uses one credit for one successfully delivered new standard AI Pin design, including its copy, layout and up to 4 new images. One complete redo is included; additional new designs use another credit. A failed generation with no delivered Pin returns its reserved credit.
Reusing article or uploaded images, editing text and layout, downloading, scheduling and publishing do not use Pin credits. Current Pin creation reuses existing images; new AI Pin generation and credit consumption are not active in this beta.
Renewals and extra credits
Monthly article and topic allowances and included Pin credits reset each paid billing period, with no rollover. Monthly Pin credits are used before purchased credits. Purchased credits do not expire and can be used without an active subscription; article generation requires an active plan.
No automatic top-up or surprise overage. Cancellation stops the next renewal; remaining paid-period access continues until that period ends, unless refunded.
What happens during the beta?
Internal accounts receive an operator-assigned generation budget without checkout. Other invited accounts need an explicitly assigned test allowance. Sandbox purchases never unlock live AI generation. Production charging and the complete paid usage workflow will be tested before subscriptions open.
Is direct Pinterest publishing available?
It is pending app approval and end-to-end integration testing. Creating images and exporting designs does not mean your Pinterest account is connected. The integration page shows the current status.
Will this guarantee traffic?
No. Topic ideas and content tools support your editorial work; they do not guarantee search demand, ranking, impressions or clicks. Review the content and measure results in your own accounts.
