AI content rules, safety checks and reporting · Effective October 11, 2026.

What this policy covers

This policy forms part of our Terms. It applies to prompts, topic ideas, article text, generated or uploaded images, template Pins and publishing through ContentPin Studio. Use the service only for lawful, family-friendly editorial content that you have the right to create and share.

Prohibited content

Do not request, generate, upload or distribute any of the following:

  • Pornography and NSFW content: sexually explicit material, sexual services or sexualized imagery.
  • Violence and gore: graphic injury, glorification or assistance of violence, terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Hate speech: dehumanization, threats or promotion of hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child-endangering content: any sexualization, exploitation or abuse of minors. This includes synthetic content and is prohibited without exception.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive depictions of real people, non-consensual intimate imagery, or pretending to represent a person, brand or institution without authorization.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement: unauthorized copying of protected works, characters, logos or trademarks, counterfeits, or deceptive claims of affiliation. A new layout does not grant rights to its source material.

Self-harm encouragement or instructions, fraud, illegal assistance, spam, bypassing safety controls and attempts to conceal that generated content is AI-assisted are also prohibited.

AI models and disclosure

Article text and topic ideas use Google Gemini (gemini-3.8-flash). Article images use FLUX.1 [schnell] through fal (fal-ai/flux/schnell). Template Pins combine existing images and text without generating a new AI photograph. ContentPin Studio is an independent product, not an official application or endorsement from these providers. AI drafts and images must be reviewed for accuracy, safety and third-party rights before publication; do not present synthetic material as an authentic photograph of a real event.

Platform content moderation

Before AI generation, the server sends the requested topic, title and editorial context to a separate Gemini content-safety classification request. Generated text is checked before it is saved or shown. Each image prompt is checked before it is sent to fal, including prompts for completing an edited article.

We enable fal's image safety checker and require a successful safety result. The downloaded image is then inspected by Gemini before it is saved in the workspace. Blocked content, uncertain verdicts, missing safety results and unavailable review services stop the generation workflow; they do not bypass review or automatically retry. AI review can make mistakes and does not determine legal ownership. These checks do not imply that every uploaded image or later manual edit has been automatically scanned. Users must review those materials and may report them below.

We retain the stage, decision, categories, model, rule version and timestamp with the generation job. Rejected generated text and image bytes are not saved as delivered content; the review log does not copy rejected content. Prompts and images needed for these checks are sent to Google, as described in our Privacy notice. Safety checks use provider budget. A rejected text draft does not use an article allowance; an already-delivered text draft can still count if later image checks fail. Failed template Pin generation does not use a Pin credit.

The operator reviews reported problems and updates versioned screening rules when confirmed reports or provider-policy changes reveal gaps. Reports and resulting actions are recorded in restricted support records. There is no public gallery of workspace content, and we do not claim continuous monitoring of content on your external WordPress or Pinterest accounts.

Report content or appeal a decision

Report content to support@contentpinstudio.com

Anyone can report a suspected violation, impersonation, rights infringement or an incorrect safety decision. Include the content link or workspace job/Pin ID, the reason for the report and a reply address. Rights holders should identify the work and their authority to report it. Do not send passwords, API keys or copies of illegal sexual material; identify its location instead.

The service operator reviews reports, prioritizes child safety and imminent harm, checks the available content and decision records, and records the action taken. We handle reports in good faith and restrict access to the information needed to investigate. We may ask for more information and reply with the outcome where appropriate. This mailbox is not a 24-hour emergency service.

Enforcement and review

We can stop generation, require correction or removal of offending material, and restrict or suspend workspace access while investigating confirmed misuse. Serious or repeated violations can lead to termination of access. We may preserve necessary evidence and report unlawful activity when required by applicable law. Material published to an external account may also need to be removed by its account owner or platform.

If you believe a decision is incorrect, reply to the support correspondence or email support@contentpinstudio.com with the job ID and relevant context. The operator will reconsider the evidence; do not repeatedly submit the same blocked request or try to evade the filters. Billing and refund questions are handled separately through support and the applicable terms.
